GeriServe Incorporated is a community of dedicated professionals and volunteers that are committed to empowering senior citizens as they experience aging. Our mission at GeriServe is to enrich the lives of seniors by providing compassionate, high-quality care and support that promotes total well-being, independence, and absolute human dignity.

GeriServe is a clinical, community-first, Florida 501(c)3 non profit advocacy organization dedicated to one clear purpose: helping older adults age in place with absolute dignity. We believe home is where seniors thrive best. We stand side-by-side with families, providing the daily tools, resource navigation, and clinical advocacy needed to keep your loved ones safe, independent, and secure in their own homes.

We provide the essential resources, clinical guidance, and daily advocacy tools needed  to manage these core pillars of independent living:

Personal Care: Strategies and resources to manage daily living activities safely while honoring the individual's comfort and privacy.

Health and Wellness: Proactive wellness navigation and clinical advocacy to track health changes and maintain optimal well-being at home.

Medication Management: Guidance on organizing routines, utilizing tracking tools, and preventing critical errors to ensure medical safety.

Mobility and Transportation: Practical solutions, home modification resources, and transit mapping to keep older adults moving safely inside and outside the home.

Shopping and Errands: Toolkits and community connections to streamline grocery shopping, essential errands, and household logistics.

Social Interactions: Combatting isolation by linking seniors to meaningful community networks, companion activities, and engagement opportunities.

Tech Support: Accessible, patient guidance to help older adults confidently use audio/video & communication devices, telehealth portals, and home safety technology.

We are dedicated to providing vital advocacy and community-first care to senior citizens across the Greater Naples, Florida community. GeriServe ensures that you or your loved one have the reliable guidance, clinical navigation, and independent living support needed to live a secure, connected, and purposeful life.

To further expose systemic issues within the senior care industry, the organization's directors, John G. Leonard and Christian Weadock, RN, are co-authoring the book America's Aging Trap: The Perils and Systemic Failures of Growing Old Today. The book serves as an investigative, narrative-driven field guide detailing the predatory failures and institutional vulnerabilities facing modern seniors, while offering a hopeful, actionable roadmap for families navigating the complexities of aging.
